Shipping Guidelines

​

  • We ship everything USPS 1st class or priority. 

  • Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. 

  • Shrimp will only be sent on Saturday, Mondays or Tuesdays and all orders that include live shrimp will have a flat shipping rate of $10 priority USPS wrapped for insulation and a breather bag.

  • Food and dry goods are shipped 1st class and shipping starts at $5 for a few small items and goes up based on weight

  • Plants can ship 1st class but will only be guaranteed live arrival if shipped priority mail

​Live Arrival Guarantee

  • DOA Policy: In the unlikely case of shrimp arrival dead on arrival, I will fully cover the cost of the shrimp. Buyer must send clear pictures of dead animals in bag within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. If temperature in delivery area are below 40F or above 90F, post office pick up is required for DOA guarantee. DOA policy does not apply to berries or offspring of berried shrimp
